You can use this sprite sheet in your game whether it is a free or a paid one.
Credits are appreciated since it motivates me to keep working on free stuff for the community.
Just import the Sprite Sheet to your Engine, Cell size is 16px by 16px. Some props are 2X but are made in a way that can be separated in two tiles.
CHANGES:
Added more city props like more traffic cones, traffic lights, garbage bin and more.
